How Our Claims Process Work

Step 1: Free Claims Consultation & Client Enrollment

After you fill out the CLAIM NOW form our surplus recovery agent will reach out to you shortly for a Free Consultation to go over your specific claim. Upon receipt of your agreement, you will be enrolled as an official MJD Recovery client and we can start working on getting you your money.

Step 2: Case Audit & Funds Determination

After your enrollment, we conduct a preliminary case audit and determine your specific agency requirements to recover your money and collect all necessary forms and documents to file your claim accurately. We also determine if there are additional lien holders entitled to the funds as well.

Step 3: Claims Filing & Dispute Resolution

We submit the claims forms on your behalf and cover all upfront expenses and filing fees. We also resolve any additional issues that may occur and respond to any additional requests for documentation by the government. We also provide Bi-Weekly progress reports to keep you up to date on the progress of your claims.
